This full day tour brings you into one of the most beautiful old villages of the region – “Kosove”
(not to be confused with the young nation) secretly nestled deep in the mountains of the Permet district. A village from an entirely different time, full of beautifully crafted old stone houses. As many remote Albanian villages with much less inhabitants than 30 years ago, but luckily not (yet) completely abandoned. Also the trail to the village is a joy: A quite steep climb out of Permet, with possibly some short pushing, but after that a nice to ride 4×4 track into the remote valley with the village of Kosove. For the way back you take the same route, but for sure still enjoyable: It`s all downhill, and the views are splendid. Don’t miss the small old church half way down!

Water/ Food/ Accommodation: While at the turning point / village of Kosove locals for sure will give you water and probably more than that, its good to take enough water & some food with you from Permet.
